Delivery
The course is broken into three clusters, each with three units. The start of each course will include participants being invited to a face-to-face day seminar over a weekend to introduce the course and begin the first cluster of units.
The seminar will will be delivered at an east coast capital city location determined by the biggest concentration of registrants. The location and timing of the seminar will be advised once all registrations have been received. WA registrants may join the seminar using video conference technology.
Following this, participants will complete the course through an interactive online portal. You will have unlimited access to your trainer through phone, email and instant messaging. At Adapt, we pride ourselves on having quick response times to every query. Online study means that you can study at times and locations that suit you.
Duration
You will have up to six months to complete each cluster (18 months in total). However, you are able to fast track if you choose to. As a guide, someone spending four hours per week will comfortably complete the assessment component for each cluster in this timeframe.
Entry requirements
It is expected that students have well developed written and verbal communication skills, basic numeracy skills and basic computer operating skills. Upon receipt of your enrolment form you will be asked to complete a short Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test to confirm your suitability for the course.
