ASOFIA Member Application

To apply for ASOFIA Membership is a two part process.

The section below accompanies the $165.00 application fee only, this is NOT the membership application form.  Once you have completed the below process you must then download the Application Form  (this form can be typed directly in to), complete and return to National Office by either email national_office@asofia.com.au or by facsimile on 02 4342 5579.

Membership applications take approximately 1 month to process.  Please ensure you complete the reference section of the application, without this section completed your application will not be processed as ASOFIA must complete due diligence in regards to reference checks.  ASOFIA National Office will contact you once the application has been processed and approved.
